Laurens started as a PHP Developer within SPIL Games, gradually growing towards doing front-end related work. He became increasingly interested in Performance, driving initiatives to improve page load times. He now drives the Performance initiatives within SPIL Games as a dedicated Performance Engineer, working closely with the development teams to guide, mentor and support them in our continuous performance improvements.
