At Edmunds.com we’ve successfully built a DevOps culture where people work together and make decisions based on data, rather than emotion. The result? Better application throughput, end user experience, and improved availability of Edmunds.com. In this session we’ll talk about how we introduced a DevOps culture at Edmunds, including the organizational and tooling changes we made to drive that new culture. Since war room time is inversely proportional to beer time, it’s probably worth an hour of your conference time to find out how we did it. Here’s a hint: it does, in fact, involve both beer and whiteboards.
