Set Your Personal Schedule

Create your own Velocity agenda using the personal scheduler function. Mark the presentations and events you want to attend by clicking on the calendar icon next to each listing on the website. You can then access it by clicking on "personal schedule" link on your Attendee Directory dashboard or in the Schedule View page.

Rate Sessions and Leave Comments

Rate the sessions, workshops, and keynotes you attend by going to any session description page and clicking on the set of stars in the upper right hand corner. You can also leave comments at the bottom of the description page. Please keep in mind that your comments will be public. Only registered attendees may rate sessions, so if you aren't already logged in, you'll be asked to do so. Your username/email and password are the same ones you used to register for Velocity.

Birds of a Feather (BoF) Sessions

Birds of a Feather (BoF) sessions provide face to face exposure to those interested in the same projects and concepts. BoFs can be organized for individual projects or broader topics (best practices, open data, standards). BoF topics are entirely up to you. Meet face-to-face with over two dozen exhibitors in the Exhibit Hall. They'll be showcasing and demoing the latest tools and solutions to help you streamline your business and make smarter choices.

Velocity Conference Passport Program

Don't miss the opportunity to participate in the Velocity Passport Program! Pick up a passport at Registration beginning Wednesday, June 15, before the Exhibit Hall opens. Visit our sponsors, and have each stamp your passport. Drop off your completed passport at the O'Reilly booth or registration by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 16, and you'll be entered into a drawing to win some really cool prizes. Power-Up Areas

Need to charge your laptop, iPad, phone, etc? Power strips are available throughout the Ballrooms, Exhibit Hall, and Mission City Ballroom Foyer. Once you've powered up, please share with your neighbors and unplug if necessary.

Wireless Internet Access

Wireless connectivity to the Internet will be available throughout the conference area. There is no password required to access the Velocity wireless network. Keep in mind that you're sharing the network with your fellow conference attendees, so please refrain from downloading large files or using bittorrent while on the conference network. If you need assistance getting online, please visit the customer service Desk in registration or send a message to @velocityconf.

Speaker Slides, Video, and Live Streaming Info

During the conference, all keynotes will be streamed live. After the conference, session files will be available for download and select video will be available for viewing. Look for links on the Velocity home page.
