Mr. Bailey has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and embedded systems development. Prior to joining Tilera, he spent 4 years as Vice President of Marketing Strategy at Shell Energy with responsibility for developing the marketing and sales organizations. Troy started his 10-year career at Motorola in wireless product development. He then joined Motorola’s Semiconductor business where he managed the development of Java for embedded systems in partnership with Sun. In his final role at Motorola, he led marketing strategy for wireless semiconductors. Troy holds 4 patents, a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington, an MS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and a MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
