Yadid is MySpace’s Client-Side Performance Architect. Yadid has spent much time mentoring the MySpace development community on front-end performance and developing performance monitoring tools
Jeremy Custenborder has spent several years in the trenches at MySpace, resolving many bottlenecks and issues.
Chris has been working on performance related topics at MySpace for four years. In that time, he has learned how not to do things so many times that he may yet figure out how to do things (this would be amazing). To what extent he has figured out how to do things he will be happy to impart, and he hopes to learn from those who have done the same. Before MySpace he pursued the startup dream, working on asset management, security, data visualization, and cold-calling ornery potential customers. Cold-calling angry people and trying to walk them through your UI is a great way of learning the art of simplicity.
