Richard is the founder of DevStructure, working to build operations automation tools for developers and small teams. Previously he worked at OpenDNS, which brought him to speak at Velocity in 2009 about their Stats infrastructure. Prior to OpenDNS, he worked at Flickr and attended Washington University in Saint Louis.
